Introductory monthly prices are available in 2026 and increase in 2027. Final rates, renewal terms, and the scope of exclusivity will be confirmed before enrollment. We accept only three companies per industry, per city. Exclusivity applies to the agreed referral arrangement, trade, and cities; homeowners and tenants choose their service provider. Applying does not start billing. Opportunities depend on actual service needs; job volume and revenue are not guaranteed.

Who pays for the partnership?
The service professional or company pays the monthly subscription. This signup page is for residential plumbers, electricians, contractors, painters, roofers, and lawn care providers who want referral opportunities with NHCLR homeowners and tenants.
What does exclusivity mean?
We accept only three companies from each industry in each city. These participating companies will be recommended to each homeowner for exclusive use when a matching service is needed, with tenant service needs included in the network. Your plan’s coverage and referral arrangement are confirmed before enrollment. Homeowners and tenants choose who they hire.
What is the 45-day promise?
If you’re not called for a job within 45 days of your paid partnership starting, your next subscription month is free. A job call is an opportunity to discuss a client’s service need; the client still decides who to hire.
What changes in 2027?
The introductory subscription prices increase in 2027. Final 2027 rates, renewal terms, and any treatment of existing subscriptions will be explained before enrollment.
